Originally from Christchurch, with the Southern Alps on his backdoor, Struan's love for the outdoors started from an early age. Luckily for him, he's managed to make it part of his day-to-day after quitting a career in Journalism to start his own production company in 2016, producing commercial content for everyone from outdoor brands to adventure tourism operators and events including the infamous GODZone adventure race.

Struan's involvement in Coast to Coast goes back more than 6 years where he was roped in to help film the iconic race. Since then he's headed up the video production team before stepping into the media management role.

With more than 10 years working in the media and marketing industry, Struan brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. He works with a great team that brings to life some of the amazing stories of our competitors, volunteers, support crews and everything in between.
